Registration

At least one author per paper must be registered as non-student until May 10th to have the paper included in conference program and proceedings. One non-student registration can cover up to 2 papers.

Registration Steps

1. Complete online form on NEWCAS 2015 registration website;
2. If you do not have an account on Sciencesconf.org, after step 1 you will receive in a few minutes an e-mail message of account creation. Activate your account by clicking on link provided in the message;  
3. Complete form on Azur-Colloque website. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within one working day;
4. Finalize registration by using the link provided in confirmation e-mail from Azur-Colloque server.

Non-IEEE Member         690 €

Registration after May 10th

IEEE Member                690 €

Non-IEEE Member         790 €

Student                        400 €

Registration includes access to the Sessions and the Conference events (Welcome Party, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Banquet Dinner, Museum visit). Payed Registration is also mandatory to have the accepted Paper/Poster included in the published Conference Proceedings.
